Jazz Cats Social is a monthly social dance and jazz jam on the 4th Saturday of the month.

Fee includes light refreshments and beginner swing dance lesson (partner not required).

Tickets are available ONLINE ONLY and will not be sold at the door.

Whether you feel like swinging out, joining the jazz jam, or just tapping your toes and enjoying the show, we welcome you to spend a fun and inclusive evening with the Uptown Swing Collective, in partnership with the City of New Westminster.

This event is a jazz jam! Musicians are encouraged to bring their instruments and sit in with the band for a song or two.
(Please check in with organizers upon arrival to be added to list; musicians get in for free!)
Bus stops for the 101, 105, 123, 128 and 155 are all within a 5 minute walk of the venue.
New Westminster is included in Evo’s Metro Vancouver Home Zone.
There is a small parking lot available off Eighth St. and ample street parking surrounding Moody Park.

We expect everyone will do their part to keep our community safe and healthy by maintaining good hygiene with regular hand-washing, and being mindful that comfort levels will vary from person to person.
Mask-wearing is optional; please be considerate of others’ decision to mask or not, and if you would like to dance with someone who is wearing a mask, please offer to wear a mask yourself, as a courtesy to them.
